• Right-click on Inbound Rules and select New Rule

• Choose the Ports and hit on Next


Add below port numbers depending on your QuickBooks version:

2018 Version: 8019, 56728, 55378-55382

2017 Version: 8019, 56727, 55373-55377

2016 Version: 8019, 56726, 55368-55372

2015 Version: 8019, 56725, 55363-55367

• Click on Next, then select Allow connection, then click on Next again

• Give a name to this rule and Select Finish

• Repeat the same steps again but this time right-click on Outbound Rules (as per step 4)
