  1. First, on the system open Internet Explorer

  2. Click on Tools and move to Internet Options

  3. Choose the General Tab

  1. Run the command prompt and flush the DNS

  3. For Windows Vista or Windows 7 users: Select “Start” and then “All Programs”. Move to “Accessories” and then Run.

  4. Enter CMD

  5. A command prompt screen will appear in front of you.

  6. Enter ipconfig/flushdns and then press the Enter key on the keyboard.

  7. In case you are not on the network

  8. Launch Internet Explorer

  9. Hit on Tools and then Internet Options

  10. Select the General Tab
